Yes...they do go together....
Make sure you have lighting(soft)at the strategic places to highlight your black appliances....

Yes but maybe to much dark in the kitchen but can be made to work if you use a lighter color of paint

much better than white or almond, but stainless steel looks best i think. good second choice if you can't do the steel tho.
