If he tells you you're pretty, then take the compliment. And remember, pretty is, as I'm sure your mother has pointed out to you your whole life, on the inside AND outside. For him to say you're pretty means all of you is pretty! (For the record, I looked at your picture and you are pretty. But it's not our opinions that count)

That's what bugs me most about girls. Just because you don't see pretty doesn't mean your boyfriend doesn't. And why do you have to be told over and over and over? Is that the reason why you post your pic? Just take the compliment and roll with it.

The evidence is that he probably wouldn't be with you if he didn't think you were pretty. It sounds like you are insecure about your looks and no matter what he says, you aren't going to believe him. I didn't look at the picture, but my boyfriend says it all the time to me, and one time I asked why he always said that. He said, without hesistation "I'm not just talking about the way you look.... your personality, your attitude, your heart.... YOU are beautiful" Ever since then, I stopped being bothered by it.

You need to work on your confidence. Why do you need complete stranger's to tell you if you are pretty? If anyone knows, its would be your boyfriend. You are a cute girl, just know it within yourself.

If he did not think that he simply would not say it. If he did not think it he probably would not have asked you out in the first place. Dont ask him if your pretty let him say it to you naturally
