I can't seem to get my teeth white. I brush every morning and night and I brush hard. Any help?

They have ways now, in the dentist's office, to whiten and even beautify teeth. Of course, you will have to go in every yers to get them cleaned and checked for cavities. If you don't care for your teeth, they can make you sick. I mean, really sick, they can do unbelievable things to your body, and they can poison your system if not taken care of.
aplease make an appointment and take care of your teeth, cause I can promise you, you will really hate false teeth.

if you go and see a dentist, he can give you a special toothpaste that is more efficient. They have this kind of toothpaste that works really well!

use whitening, and crest whitening gargle and after gargle.
