No te entiendo. (Informal way, for friends and family)
No le entiendo (Formal way, for your techer or someone who deserves? respect)
No los entiendo (I don't understand you=PLURAL---->refering to 2 or more BOYS or boys n girls mixted)
No las entiendo (I don't understand u=PLURAL---->4 girls only.
*Remember it is not necessary to use "Yo"--->(Yo no te entiendo...)

No te entiendo, you have to use "te" if you are talking to somebody like a friend, however if you are talking to somebody that you have lots of respect or somebody older than you, then you use "le" instead of "te"

I can't is Yo no puedo, but you don't need to use de Yo, so simply say "No puedo".
"I can't understand you" you have some options: "No puedo entenderte", but that's improper. "No te entiendo" is much better. The "te" in this sentence refers to the person who are you talking to.

No endiendo lo que dices - I don't understand what you say
No endiendo lo que quieres - I don't understand what you want
you can use either ' no entiendo' or ' no te puedo entender'
