Okay i am 11 and weigh 120 pounds i dont look fat but want to lose 20-30 pounds how do i do this?I DONT WANT CRAP ABOUT I AM TOO YOUNG!

You can do some real simple things: cut out pop (drink water or diet soda, altho water is much better for you), cut back on bread and starches, watch your portion sizes,eat lots of fruits and vegetables and get regular excercise. Basically, just use common sense. At your age, you should slim down nicely. You are smart to be weight and health conscious at your age. Too many teens are already way overweight. Just don't obsess over it. You're still growing and a lot of your weight will redistribute as you grow. Good luck!

I don't care how old you are, 120 (depending on body type) is a good weight for your height...it may even be too much, but only by like 5-10 pounds. You don't need to loose 20-30 pounds unless at DOCTOR says so. Just excersise and work on TONING your body.

You are almost 12, you should not be going on diets. I know you don't wanna hear it, but trying to lose 20-30lb is actually very dangerous and you could stunt your growth, meaning you won't develop properly or grow taller!

What you should do is maintain your weight, meaning don't gain any more, but don't try to lose weight. Just eat healthily and exercise regularly and you'll probably find that the weight comes off naturally.
