Does it help you lose weight, or just a meal replacement. I bought some today with only 2 net carbs. Just want to know what exactly it is.

It's a low cal meal replacement with added vitamins and minerals. It doesn't have a specific weight lose ingredient but does provide 20% of daily fiber which aides in weight lost and helps you fill full longer. All in all it's beneficial if you have a problem with portion control or are just too busy to prepare low calorie meals. I used them and had good results.

I don't know, It's a good way to get vitamins and stuff... but they didnt really work well for me. I used to drink them in the morning in college if I didn't have time for breakfast... but I would still be STARVING before I could get out of class. It's just supposed to be a meal replacment though, even though they never filled me =) I wouldn't bother with them. Just eat small healthy real meals ..

Its a meal replacement which contains all the minerals and vitamins you need. Its a skimmed milk shake with flavourings and vits/minerals added. A sensible meal would probably do you more good! There is nothing in it which helps weight loss.
