Memory enhancing games: complete crap or not?

Question

I have seen some advertisements for games that you can play on PSPs or websites that offer them. If you play them for, i don know, 30 mins. a day or something like that, they are suposed to make your memory better.

Do they really work or are they compleete c r ap?

what kinds of games do they have?

anybody have a link to a site where i can play a demo?

your memory is only as good as you make it. You have to force it to work and the older you get the more it takes to improve it. It can be done. I don't know about the games you have seen, but concentration is cheap and fairly available and works.
