I have a Casio Exlim camera model ex-z3 and yesterday i went to go take a picture, i turned it on, and it looks like some cracked blue, white, and black image is on the screen. I moved the camera around to see if it was something with the lense, and nothing moved. There are no cracks on the outside of the camera, or on the screen. oh and none of the buttons work exept for the on and off button.
Thank you sooo much!!

It sounds like it's kaputt. Try removing the batteries, memory card, cables, etc. and let it sit for a half hour. After that, put in freshly charged batteries if possible, and start it back up. If you get the same mess, I would think it's the sensor or a fried circuit. Either way it's likely to cost more to repair it than it's worth.

It sure sounds broke to me. Remove the memory card and bring it to WalMart or CVS and resuce your pictures from the card before sending the camera to a repair shop.

Sounds like either a lens is jambed or the viewer is broken inside.

Just invest in a new one. http://urlx.org/43d43 Any of these are great options. I got mine for a rediculously good deal from here.
