I need to lose at least 10pounds..
I weigh 125.5 and I look like a cow in my clothes what should I do?I work out as hard as I can and I just cant loose it
PLEASE HELP!!

Well working out should help unless you are eating too much. You burn about 1500 cals a day just breathing so I would say eat 1500 cals and burn 500 cals a day, or eat like 1000 cals a day, etc. 3500 cals is a pound. So if you ate 1500 cals a day and burned 500 a day that would be a pound per week. More excercise, less food=more weight loss

Its how you think and how tall you are. I am 13 and 5'11 and weigh 147lbs. And in the black community we are more free about what size we are to an EXTENT. Its OK to have hips and thighs and a butt where i come from. But i notice that in other ethnicity's its always a big deal to be not fat but thick. Don't stress yourself out about it.

Remove all unecessary foods from your diet. Any candy at all, all fast food, anything with white sugar in it, any kinds of very unhealthy foods like doughnuts and french fries. But make sure to get plenty of nutrition from natural foods.

u may not be overweight-it depends on ur height and what u eat as well as how much u work out

125 isn't quite cow material.....how tall are you?what is your mom and dads sizes?

diet. its not all about working out. you need to watch your diet as well. work out, and diet. it should do the trick.
