Don't waste your money on any other whitening products!!! All you need is a bottle of hydrogen peroxide, and it should cost you no more than a buck! It's what a lot of the whitening products already use, and it will last you for a loooooong time. All you do is swish around a capful in your mouth for a few minutes, spit it out, and rinse well. This is what I do and it works like a charm, and I'm not wasting money on all that other whitening crap out there!!!

Commercial tooth whiteners use hydrogen peroxide and
are expensive and inconvenient. A cheap and natural
tooth whitening home remedy uses few strawberries
but certain precautions have to be taken.

i personally really like the listerine pre brush whitening rinse. tried strips, etc. and they are a pain and don't work that well. the listerine is easy, tastes good and you don't have to keep putting annoying strips on your teeth for 4 weeks!!!

Crest Whiting strips. They work. but may make teeth sensitive! or if you have the money, go to the Dentis and get them bleached
