Hit or miss!?

Question

Okay this keeps happening to me every year! I always have a girl approach me out the blue or I caught them checking me out. Then I talk to them and they have no problem with me. So I think that I have a shout at dating them then all of a sudden they only want to keep it a friendship b/c they have a BF or they like me but don't want that out of the relationship. What's going on here do women think I'm that special guy to be friends with? P.S. All these girls I've found very attractive

I cant telll you what to do except for keep looking for the one girl that wants to go further. I will say that i have the same problem
