Increase your exercize and decrease your calories. Eat more fish and seafood, less bread and pasta. You lose about 2 pounds a week when yu do this

I can think of two ways....1 is to try the south beach diet and exercise a little for two weeks. You are sure to lose 10 pounds or more. I've done this and lost 12 pounds in 2 weeks. Also, you can try detoxing. There are many ways to detox and you can lose 10 pounds in a week or so also. It's not for everyone. You can do a search on one of the search engines and find all kinds of ways to detox.

I just put on five pounds in five days, and I was thinking about how I'm going to take it off.

Here's how I'm going to do it:

-In the morning, I'm going to run on the treadmill for 30 minutes or 3 miles, whichever comes first (at least).

-I'm going to eat dates and figs if I want a snack, and not take second helpings.

-No big meals, no eating out, and cut back on meat and cheese.

- I'm going to run ten miles or ten minutes on the treadmill before bed.

I think the weight will come off in about 3-5 days. If you have a lot of extra weight, you shed the easy pounds first.. so you could lose ten in a week doing this.
