Anything under 1200 calories. You can eat anything that totals less than 1200 calories but it would be best if you picked food that was high in nutrients but low in calories like vegetables and fruit and whole grains. I believe a crash diet is around 500 to a 1000 calories but after so long of this your body goes into starvation mode and you stop losing weight. Your body thinks you are starving( which you are literally) and holds on to the fat. Be careful this starts the binging process!!
