and all the military services members are back home.

Who deserves a job? Those with better skills, or those with miltary service?

Who would you hire and why?

Their is more evidence to support hiring a prior war opponent than a military service member. Prove me wrong.

Well, at least we can see prior military on the streets and Bum fights.

Thanks for the entertainment!

Hopefully we can find another war for you.
Maybe see you on the news in some Post Traumatic Stress Disorder Movie.

Keep taking them pills.

The thing to remember is that anybody with half a brain can be taught skills. Maturity, responsibility, dependability, etc. are things that are more important in the long run. if you are looking for somebody who is going to be with your company for a long time - I recommend the veteran as a proven performer.

The person with both... It trumps just having one... If the military trained someone to do what i'm hiring for already and they did it for 4 years i'm hiring them... and i know i can expect them there on time!

both

but I would say the person who knows the job better regardless of anything else will get hired first

If I owned a company I would want employees who know what they are doing

i think it would depend on the job. if it is a job that any one can done the person that is more qualifed should get the job. thought there are jobs that kind of cater to military people like security guards exspecially if you have to have a security clearance to do the job.
