For one year we were ok..in love i thought..then after one year of wholesome relastionship we become intimate and i changed a lot fro him...i gave him the best i ahve but he changed..and leave me saying that we cant be together coz i can find much better guy.i felt like he just used me...but i still do love him...help

Seems strange to date for a year. Sounds to me like he's breaking it off. You'll have to ask him why.

You need to move on. I know it's hard and especially because you did change for him and also gave him the intimacy. His excuse of "you can find a much better guy" could be that he is a jerk and knows it, and he knows you're a sweet girl who deserves more than what he's willing to offer, and CAN do better than him. OR he could just not be into you anymore. Either way you need to let go as hard as it may be.
I was in a relationship for 6 years and he left me. It was hard for me. For 7 months I did nothing but be depressed. With that experience I can tell you that the best thing to do is to not be alone. Spend time with friends, family, go out do some fun things. It's the best therapy. Now if I got over 6 years, you can do it too.

Well I was in TWO relationships like that and its not kewl, but mine was less then a year. but umm i know its hard to get over him but trust me you will, it took me about a year to get over the first one and the second one onl took me about a month, ad i felt like he used me to but me and the first guy were really really good friends, a matter of fact he lives right down the rode from me and we hang out all the time, but trust me it will get better! I know what you feel. What i do to get over a guy is play sports. It is fun, keeps you active and it can get your anger out. Plus be with your friends and have a good laugh once in a awile.

sometimes we feel bitter when the one we love leave us. so sometimes we feel that we were used. as long as you keep thinking that you were loved, it should not matter if you were used or not. just give him space...probably he is just confused right now. guys feel vulnerable when they fall inlove and sometimes they hate the feeling...just be sure be there for him dont act desperate... good luck...
