I feel fatigued and just blah most of the time... what can be causing this? Do I need to change my diet?

depressed maybe? lack of sun? go out and enjoy life. its too short.

I have the second. If I don't get enough sun, I feel terrible; so I moved to San Diego.

Try eating better and working out more. When I dont work out in the morning i feel the same way.
