They are all correct but Belie is more correct.

Japanese almost never use "aishite iru". Even among married couples. It is almost always,

"Daisuki yo" or "Suki yo".

This is used like we use "I love you" in English.

Full Example:
"(anata no koto ga) suki da (yo)." - I really like you!
"(Anata no koto ga) daisuki da (yo)." - I love you!

They do you the phrase "aishiteiru" often in one specific instance though. When a woman says, " YOU DON'T LOVE ME DO YOU!?!"

said, "Watashi no koto wo aishite nai deshou!" Then, if you are the guy, you know you are in trouble!

Also to clarify. The word "ai" ,as rarely as it is used, can only be used to refer to things with feelings (people or animals). So you can not love icecream like we do in English. You can only "Daisuki" icecream "aisu ga daisuki!" - I love Icecream!
And you can't love tennis.
You "daisuki" tennis.- "tenisu ga daisuki"

So for practical purposes it is best to think of
"(noun) ga suki" as " I really like (noun)"
and
"(noun) ga Daisuki" as " I LOVE (noun)"

"(Thing with feelings) wo aishiteiru" as " I love (Thing with feelings)" but be aware that if you say it to some guy or friend he or she is going to probably feel awkward; even in private.

"Daisuki" (literally: big like) or suki (like) are the most common forms. "Aishiteru" is hardly ever (if at all) used.
