Well if you know her just go up to her and ask her how she is or how her day went. But if you don't then go up to her and introduce yourself and just start small talk with her and try not to ramble on just get to the point, umm if shes around her friends then you may not want to i mean if you want to go for it but like if shes talking to another guy just leave her be and wait till she gets done,girls don't really like it very well when you interrupt them, well i don't anyway.
