I need step by step process; from where to start to what to click on once I start; ex. main menu: how do you identify main menu when you have the tool bar saying other things, for example: file or tools.....etc

If you mean to clear the search entries from the yahoo tool bar, click the down arrow next to the pencil on the left side of the screen, then click clear recent searches. that should do it

best bet would be a free down load from webroot "window washer" its free for 30 days and its one click program and it cleans all the crap you don't need and frees up a lot more i down loaded a free 30 day trial and liked it so much i bought it!!!! i hope this helps it did me...
