It is EASIER to say, 'God is all' and allow Him to make up the rules for you and answer all your questions.
It is HARDER to face reality and search for the truth on your own. It is harder to do things because they are right, as opposed to 'because I will be rewarded'

I choose to be agnostic not because it was easy, but because I enjoy the search for truth. Gnosticism is the search for wisdom in knowledge, simply the more you know the wiser you will be. This choice has lead me to learn as much about every religion that I can.

For many it is because of deep inner rebellion. Others its just intellectual curiosity. Some say they are Atheist because it makes sense. This of course is absurd because Atheism is an absolute negative. And of course any Philosophy teacher will tell you that an absolute negative is indefensible.

Today it is PC to not believe in the true God (easier) to follow the accepted crowd.
Today it is PC incorrect to believe in Jesus, creationism, the resurrection, the antichrist,Jesus' return,Heaven and hell.It is OK to mock, curse, and bash christians. Is following the PC crowd and squawking every antichristian thing they say. Not easier(honestly think about it).

It truly relies upon on your evaluation of the comprehend info and info. imagine about all the gods or myths, all of us comprehend, or a minimum of have a reliable theory that some, like the Greek gods, that they did not exist. in addition, we haven't any problem brushing off Santa as being a narrative. truly, I see no info of any type of gods subsequently i go with no longer to trust interior the life of any of them. there is not any genuine benefit in agnostic over atheist, it really is extra a statment of your idea procedure.

that is the cost of truth.

to leave our mental crutches behind and accept reality even when it is harder to do so than to live with a false belief that may offer people comfort from the uncertainty of reality and alleviate thier fear of death.

Good question. But they won't accept any other point of views that they feel contradicts with theirs. Anyway let them do what they want to do as long as it causes no harm to anybody else then it should be fine and dandy.

oh no. you got it totally backwards.

it's much easier to dismiss God as a myth and live by your own rules and do whatever you want than to follow God's rules and have faith in Him.
