Rainbow Orgy
1/2 oz Midori® melon liqueur
1/2 oz strawberry liqueur
1/2 oz banana liqueur
4 1/2 oz orange juice
Pour the Midori melon liqueur, strawberry liqueur and banana liqueur into a cocktail shaker one-third filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and pour entire contents into a highball glass. Top with orange juice, and serve.

I like the old standby Midori Sour (1 part Midori to 4 parts Sour Mix).
I also add it to my Sour Apple Martinis to give the drink a darker green color and soften the bite of the Apple Pucker:
2 parts Apple-flavored Vodka
2 parts Apple Pucker
1 part Midori

Ingredients:
1 oz Tequila Casa Noble Crystal
1 oz Midori
1 Twist of Lime
Mixing instructions:
Shake ingredients in mixing glass with ice, except lime twist, then strain
into a cocktail glass. Add a lemon twist

Easy! I used to make this at my restaurant!
In a pint glass packed with ice cubes, put:
2 oz. Midori
2 oz. Malibu
Fill almost to the top with pineapple juice
Float just a teeny bit of half and half or cream on top
Enjoy! It's also pretty.
