I have started a diet, and it is a healthy well balanced diet. But I am so hungry sometimes, especially in the afternoon!!! I cant bear celery and water anymore...what will make me feel full without alot of calories or fat or too many carbs???

you shouldn't be hungry .eat if your hungry, just in moderation try a piece of fruit in between meals might help.

first of all when you are on a diet you should not starve your self that makes your diet go all bad. when your on a diet you fill your self up but with the right amount of food try www.eDiets.com they help you with lots of foods that fill you up. I lost 90 pounds on the diet and now i way 130 pounds and work to keep up my being slim. with all wishes in your time of need honeyboo.

stick with water but maybe eat other veggie instead of celery only try carrots or lettuce with lemon and little salt.
