If larger ladies are not his thing, how come he got to this stage before finding out?

Let her down and NOT by saying the larger lady thing.

Its not fair to lead anybody on.

But then ask him to ask himself.... How come size matters that much? That he puts everyone into the 'unexciting' catorgory because they are large? Thats very shallow and quite worrying, because lots of people big, small and in-between are great fun when you get to know them...
Maybe he should make friends with different size people just to prove to himself that he is not a complete **** and larger people have personalities too!!!!

And by the way, he may just not be her type either.... now that'd be funny!

I think you should turn down a date with anyone who does not excite you at all for whatever reason. You could say 'I'm not really interested in dating but I would be up for coffee or something'. This way, you're not rejecting the person as a potential friend. But there's no shame in not being attracted to somone. There is, however, shame in letting someone think you fancy them when you don't.

If you dont feel in any way attracted to a larger lady, then it would probably be unfair to lead her on to thinking that it might, however if it is a date where a friendship could be formed (becuase the lady in question has a good personality) then as long as its stated then no harm done, as long as no one is getting hurt or made to feel something that isnt there then there is no real harm.

No point in going on a date if you don't fancy her....It would be best to turn the date down but find an excuse other than telling her she is too big, no need to hurt her feelings but also no point in giving her false hope

what the hell!!!!! im not saying that looks mean everything, because they only mean like 15% in a lover. give this lady a chance, but make sure you tell her that, that way you wont be leading her on. say 'im willing to give you a chance because you seem like a nice lady.' give her atleast 2 weeks. if you dont feel anything, then you can break up with her. kkzzz??!!! good luck and dont be so shallow, that isnt going to get you anywhere with anyone.

No, turn her down - don't lead her on if things are never going to go anywhere. Looks aren't everything, but they do count for something, you have to be attracted to someone especially initially to even think about making a possible relationship work.

if you really want an answer to this, then your problems go far beyond ladies. Big or small, tall or short... picking your date based soley on looks will more likely than nt end up as a dead end. Good luck with your future therapy.

No way!
My wife is 20 stone and she is the best, she is a star in every department, and I mean every department.
But larger women do get stared at and it is hard not to get upset when people stare but being with my wife makes up for that.

Don't go if you have that attitude about large ladies

I have lots of friends who are large ladies and belive you me they have much more personality and a don't care attitude than someone who is consistently looking after their weight - they are much more fun to be around

Do not discriminate because of someone's size

Who's 'he'? I think he should go on a date - she might have the most amazing personality ever, he should at least give her a chance. If he finds he doesn't fancy her, let her know (nicely of course)
