She is with Chillean mobile carrier Claro.
She has an 8 digit number that begins with a 7.
I have tried using the country code of 56 then city code of 51 then her mobile number. but that doesn't work. I have also tried many other combinations of country code, then her number etc.
Can anyone please help me with some information on the exact numbers (country code's and city codes to use)???? PLEASE HELP!!!

Are you dialing 00 before the country code? Or try 011 depending on your phone service.
If she is using a Claro you can also try dialing (56 51) 9 plus her mobile phone number.
Also remember there is a 14 hour difference.

well i know that when you dial out it should be for example:
0011 (are code) and number
