Huskies are high octane energy dogs!! They need lots and lots of exercise, that might stop the craziness in the house...I know that when mine goes nuts it's cause he needs a walk! The bathroom thing is persistance...gonna have to start from scratch with that one...search puppy housetraining answers in this area!

try to lay down the law...............
put news paper around the house,
when ever you see her going to the bathroom then move her outside and do that all the time,
make her ,her own little room and fill it completely with news paper,
give her a smaller amount of water in her bowl then before and then just fill it more often,
take her for more walks during the day.

Your dog probably needs more exercise.
You may need to lock her up in a kennel when you can't be spending time with her - this should help with the potty training as well. Dogs won't "go" in their sleeping space.

you need to crate train her . trust me this works and when she's outside doin her business, praise her while shes' "droppin da kids off at da pool".....or golf course in the dogs case.ex:GOOD GIRL SMOOCHIE!!!GO POTTY!!! but sound like they just won the god medal.... this is a start.

Simple... feed her meals at the same time everyday on a schedule, then right after you feed her take her outside and play for a while.. when you notice her stop and start looking for a place to go to the bathroom repeat the words "go for a pee, go for a poo" like a chant.. as soon as she starts doing one or the other say "go for a pee" if she is peeing and say "go for a poo" if she is pooing. Then praise her excessively saying things like good girl go for a pee!! etc, then give her a treat and continue playing for a while. Do this every single day, and before you know it she will get the idea. Also before she goes out start asking her "Want out to go for a pee/poo?" she should soon start responding to your question.. if she has to go she should start going to the door and get excited, if she doesnt have to go she will not react. When you leave her alone or go to sleep at night make sure to take her out first and then leave one or two pee pads right at the door to outside that she always uses. If she absolutely cant hold it she should go there. Also if she has an accident no need to punish her by hitting, rubbing her nose in it etc, that just teaches her to hide her accident from you out of fear. When she does have an accident call her over to the spot, scold her in a dissapointed voice saying things like Bad girl! you are supposed to go pee, poo outside.. what a bad girl NO!!. etc etc Make her sit there while you clean up the mess, using a low dissapointed voice to scold her the whole time.. if she tries to slink away make her sit again until you have cleaned up the mess. Then take her outside and stay outside until she goes to the bathroom.. you may have to play with her or give her a drink to make her go but the point is to wait until she goes, repeat the bathroom words while she is doing it and then praise her excessively and reward her for doing her business outside. Now to keep her calm in the house I suggest using a squirt bottle and squirt her when she is being to boisterous, and tell her to go lay down... its a good idea to have a bed for her or blanket so if she is misbehaving you can tell her to go lay down on her blanket.. then once again reward her for doing what you ask. If she doesnt know the "down' command yet it is a good idea to teach her that, and also teach her "down on the blanket" all you do is take her to the blanket say "Down!" "on the blanket" and make her lay on her bed, then tell her stay, and if she leaves keep taking her back and making her lay down until she stays for a little while then reward and praise her for it and repeat all the time when she needs to calm down. Eventually she will learn that if she is too hyper she will be made to go lay on her blanket until she calms down. If she is calm and good let her leave the blanket but everytime she is too hyper make her go back to it and reward her for obeying you. Another option for keeping her calm is a head halter for dogs such as a Halti or Gentle leader.. it has a surprising calming effect on many dogs and can be used as a deterrent for boisterous behaviour... when she is being hyper, put the collar on her and make her go lay down, as soon as she calms take the collar off and praise/reward her. You will have to acclimate her to the collar first so she doesnt just try to get it off but it works very well to calm a dog down because they dislike it..
