are you sure you looked for Mozzila firefox and not just firefox. if it isn't in the list, then it has been tried to be deleted the wrong way. if you just delete the file in the programs folder, then you're going to errors. the best thing if it isn't listed as mozzila in the add/remove programs is to go back and redownload it and then uninstall it the proper way. if you don't it is going to cause you all kinds of problems.

To uninstall the program go to your Control Panel, double click on Add or Remove Programs and then look for Mozilla Firefox. Then highlight the program and click on remove. You will note that it is shown as Mozilla Firefox; you may have been only looking for Firefox. If this does not work for you post your results, and we will try to assist.

Apparently something corrupted your registry entries related to installed software so you have essentially two options.

1) Delete the FireFox installation directory. Unfortunately this won't clean out any registry entries or shared DLLs (library files) on your system. Leaving generally won't cause a problem but if you really want to clear it off your system, I recommend the second option.

2) Reinstall FireFox over top of your existing installation. This should correct the corruption with your registry and allow you to perform a clean uninstall of the application.

Go to Hard Drive, then to Program File. Select Mozilla Firefox or something like that. Then delete it. Any more questions? E-mail me at computermaster123@gmail.com.

You could try the System Restore which takes you back to a time when your computer was working good. Go To:
start
programs
accessories
systems tools
system restore
This process is completely reversable. And does not remove your personal files. Just go back one checkpoint at a time until your puter is working good again.

If you installed Firefox using the compressed archives, just remove the folder you unzipped it to. Optionally, remove the profile folder, which contains all your bookmarks and settings.
