The guy i like doesnt seem to like me anymore. he doesnt give me attention, flirts with my girlfriends, avoids me, doesnt call me, although he secretly always looks at me & although im mean to him in a playful way... it is over?

Sounds like he's just not that into you. If he was he wouldn't be flirting with your friends. His focus would totally be on YOU. Secretly looking at you??? What is that suppose to mean?
1. The guy is flirting with your friends.
2. He isn't calling you.
3. He is avoiding you.
What more do you need for him to do to let you know he isn't interested???
p.s. It's over so stop being playful with him. You're just throwing yourself out there for nothing.

well, is not over because you will still seeing him , and I think is time to not flirt , and pretend to like or not like that person , Is time to let him now how you feel about him , if he is mature enough, he will tell you how he feels about you....
But if he is not , maybe he will hide his head like a ostrich and not tell you how he really feels, but give him time (not awhole year)
