hi,
im thin...but i have an addiction to sweets. i am afraid i will grow fat. how do I prevent? please help/

easy. i have the same situation. when you eat, savor it as much as you can, so you can eat it really slowly. The more you savor it the more your addiction will go down. plus exercises. I'm not sayin you have to run 10 miles a week. get your friends and run with them. you can walk on the trails to while your listening to your music player. make exercising fun so it is like exercising is a sinch and fun.

Just keep a close eye on your consumption of sweets. If you see it going up, just restrict your intake. You might even want to do that now. Sweets aren't good for you anyway, so watch how much you eat even if you are thin.
