Hello, i am a young male who is lacking in the facial hair department, i was wondering if you can use a topical solution called Minoxidil for facial hair treatment. It is made to regenerate hair growth and stimulate the folicles on the head so would it work on the folicles on the face?

Just wondering

It depends on how old you are. Have you hit puberty yet? If you just did a while back or still haven't don't worry give it time. If you are in your mid-20's go to a doctor.
