Mai Tai
1.5 oz light rum
1.5 oz dark rum
1.5 oz cocunut rum
2 oz cranberry
2 oz Pineapple
Shake vigoursly with ice
drop .5 oz grenadine down middle
garnish with orange & cherry
(can also be frozen)
Enjoy!

2 oz Casa Noble Tequila Crystal or Gold
1 oz Cointreau
1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice
Mixing instructions:
Shake ingredients in mixing glass with ice, then strain into a cocktail
glass.

My favorite after dinner drink is a White Russian... Into a rocks glass filled with ice, pour
1 oz Vodka
1 oz Kalua
Float milk (cream would be better) on top
Without the milk, this is a Black Russian
Be careful... These go down really easy and can sneak up on you in a hurry.
Another favorite after dinner drink (especially with the ladies) is a Grasshopper...
1 oz Green Cream De Menthe
1 oz white Cream De Cacoa ("Brown" muddies the drink)
1 oz Milk (Cream would be better)
Blend with ice in a blender and strain into a stemmed Cocktail glass.
These are not very powerful so they are popular with the gals.

A seabreeze,
2 oz. Of Top Shelf Vodka
3 oz. Grapefruit Juice
3 oz. Cranberry Juice.
Not much of a mixed drink guy but I like plain screwdrivers too. 2 oz. of Vodka and 5 oz. of OJ.

My favorite is a Cointreau Screwdriver:
4 parts Orange Juice
1 part Cointreau
I find that the Cointreau tastes smoother than Vodka (even Orange-flavored Vodka) in a screwdriver. Cointreau is, however, more expensive.
