I was prescribed Cymbalta for about 5 mos. Now I'm off of it and I get these brain zaps throughout the day. Wondering if they will last or taper off after awhile. Been feeling irritable and anxiuos too. Having wierd dreams. The zaps don't hurt but kinda catch me off guard. Anybody know what I mean? Thanks.

Effexor is the worst SNRI or SSRI for cold turkey withdrawl effects.
M.D's have protocols on taping Effexor, Cymbalta such as reduced dosage, reduced frequency.
Many M.D's use Paxil or even Prozac as a tapering drug to ween ppl off of Effexor and Cybalta due to the longer half-lives of Paxil and Prozac.
