Alright so I meat this guy last monday right and we hit it off and started to date that day! I got grounded cause I wa home late. Well Wensday (valentines day) he told me on the phone that he wanted to tell me something but not until he saw me! I knew what he wanted to say! But Saturday he called me and talked to me and say I Love you! Ever since then I have been totally turned off talking to him and dont even want to talk to him. My freind told me that saying I Love You to someone is just another word and It doesnt mean anything but I dont love him I am not even sure I even like him anymore. He tells me everyday how much he likes me and how he counts down the days until he can see me again when I get ungrounded. But I dont know if I like him or want to see him. Please help cause I dont know what to do!!!

Its the thrill of the chase. people want things they cant have. Once they know they have it, they dont want it anymore...im the same way. I get bored easily. A guy has even told me that once i seem *iffy* about him is when he wanted to be with me even more. Once I started showing interest, he was gone like the wind.

Maybe he is doing it just to see what your reaction is? I don't know, but sit down with him and talk to him about it. These days "I love you" is thrown around like it's nothing. I would be kind of creeped out if a guy told me he loved me and I barely knew him. Give him a chance and see what he's about.

Okay, easy... you should tell him say "
Tell him that he must slow down and take things slow... That love may grow or that you may just end up good friends in the future. Tell him that you are excited about seeing him too when your not grounded.

Well, you need to tell him that you don't love him.
You might want to think about what it is that's repelling you. That's not a usual reaction and it could prevent you from establishing good relationships both now and in the future.

alot of guys just say "i love you" and dont rlly mean it...i tell all of my friends i love them...guys and girlfriends....in my opinion...if he rlly does mean it..hes going wayyyyyy too fast and just wants to get into ur pants
