A stylist I once had told me about Biotin pills, they are for your hair, nails, and skin. If you take a the most 5000 mcg a day you should begin to see results. Now people do say that your hair only grows at 1/2 inch a month but i had highlights put in my hair last month and i noticed that it had grown out about 1 1/2. You can get them wherever they sell vitamins, but I recommend GNC. They cost a little more put they are a better buy for your money.

Have you noticed how your leg hair seems to grow back more and more often since you've begun shaving it?

Its because you're stimulating its growth when you shave it and the same can work for the hair on your head!!

Because you probably havent cut your hair as often as you've shaved your head I wouldn't recommend cutting off very much, but even the slightest (I mean slight!!) trim every 1-2 weeks will actually promote faster growing over all!

there is not any longer a lot you could do, yet save it healthful. you should wash it commonly used, and get it trimmed about each month which keeps it healthful and makes it strengthen faster. i have heard that in case you pull on your hair it makes it strengthen faster, yet i'm no longer positive because i have not at all tried it. There are also some shampoos and stuff accessible which could help.

Nothing can make it grow faster, but I've heard giving your hair 100 strokes before bed stimulates the growth. DO NOT put lemon in your hair. It's extremely acidic. Once a week, put yogurt and raw egg in your hair. Nasty, I know. But it will make your nice and shiny. If your hair is oily don't overbrush it.

A healthy diet and plenty of sleep, exercise will help your hear to grow, keep it shiny and strong... you have to look after your insides before your outsides will show it. If you are eating correctly your body will reward you with healthy hair, eyes, nails etc..

Hair is actually a tube of dead skin follicles the same as your nails... and as you probably know your nails chip, break, and have horrible lines in them if your not eating correctly... thats exactly what happens to your hair.

yes.....just trim it about every 3 months or so and when you take a shower massage your scalpe for about 5 mins. it losens it up and your hair grows faster.......and you are probably asking why you should trim it if you want to grow it? well because after a while you start to get split ends and need you cut them of
