Its quite obvious that Colonel Sanders is the archetype of the old, wealthy, caucasian, southern man ... who is quite well known for hating anyone and everyone who is different than he is. Considering that he must count on all of society to keep his business running, he's forced to sneak that traditional bigotry in here and there. And yes, I believe that a spork is one of those sneaky tactics.

Well I'm not Jewish but I suspect anybody who cared about dietary laws at all wouldn't be eating KFC in the first place, so it seems irrelevant to me, just as a Southern barbecue place serving barbecued pork probably wouldn't be seen as antisemitic, merely non-Jewish.
