I do weight lifing almost every day. I heard that other people just work out 3 to 4 times a week. I am working out 6 days. My question is this good because I heard that you need to rest a few days a week. I am doing it 6 times a week because I want to gain more muscle at a faster rate? I really dont feel exhausted doing it this way.

Working out 6 days a week won't make you gain muscle faster. Muscle doesn't grow in the gym, it grows at rest. you need to give each muscle group at least 48 hours of recovery time or you will actually overwork them and not get any gains! Break your workout down into groups for example, one day do legs, the next arms, the next back, the next chest, the next shoulders. OR you can just break them into upper and lower body. Whatever you like, just make sure you rest 2 days before you rework that muscle. Except abs you can work them as often as you like.

Suggestion #2... The best gains are made with basic core movements that work more than muscle group at a time such as squats, military press, power cleans, rows and bench press. Do 3 sets of 8-10 reps with 3 minutes rest between set. make sure you lift heavy enough that you lift to fialure. For the best gains you need to keep your muscles guessing. They will adapt to whatever you put them through so always change up your routine with weight or reps or things like stripping weight or pre-exhausting the muscles with an isolation exercise before a compound (core) movement.

#3 - Protein! You need at 1 to 1.5 grams per pound of body weight per day for growth. Creatine is also a great supplement.

That's why weight reduction is so tough - it turns into a intellectual fight due to the fact everyone hits these walls where they can not shed some pounds. You are definitely doing a variety of work. I bear in mind one time when I did two workout routines a day, 6 days every week, for two months, and a excellent weight-reduction plan ............ And didn't lose a pound. Pissed me off so dangerous I wanted to beat the partitions. First, the lowest amount of energy somebody will have to have is 1,500. Next, what I've discovered is that even doing hours and hours of workouts does not subject - it can be the depth of the workout. Interval coaching with high depth is known to get much better results - I've achieved P90X and it is been very effective. And i do know you do not need to listen to this, however any source of processed carbs just ought to be reduce out of your eating regimen. Not ALL CARBS - however the junk meals variety. Entire grain oatmeal and brown rice are fairly excellent.

Try lifting heavier weights and less reps. Also do more exercises per muscle, and after the workout try drinking a protein shake.

That's fine. Half an hour isn't too much.
