You are already a pretty good weight. You don't need to lose much more. Just eat healty and start a faithful excercise routine and it you will gradually lose a few lbs.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Why more? Why so desperate? I think you are thin enough at 5'5" and if you lose more you will start losing muscle, not fat. Eat a sensible diet, keep off the well-known junk food. Then, exercise to make sure the body you have gets itself straightened out to look more like your weight. That will make you feel slimmer.

It all depends on your body fat percentage.

Percentages higher than 25 means you have to lose fat NO MATTER what. In fact, you might be underweight AND too fat. Weight in itself doesn't tell you if your weight is a healthy one or not.

If your body fat percentage is 20-25% then try to put on some muscle.

In short: do NOT rely on low weight. What you need in order to have a healthy weight is the proper percentage of fat.

Well I think that you should stop there...I am 5'2 and weight 124lbs.And if I feel good,you must look good...Now all you have to do is work out at least 3 times a week, you will see the difference, feel better and have energy trust me.

You do not need to lose any weight. Your desperation is frightening.......do you want to look gaunt? like you suffer from the HIV aids virus? Being too skinny is not real attractive. Listen to what the guys responses are.

if you want to lose more weight which i think that 125 is skinny enough but just eat healthy and exercise all most every day OK

Yeah, don't lose anymore weight. 125 is not fat. Maintain an exercise program.......... and this is coming from a man.
