I'm not sure what you mean, but to get wet looking curls, shampoo your hair and go to sleep with it wet. In the morning, do not brush it. Just scrunch it with some mousse. Spray in some leave in conditioner.

ok im not exactly sure what you mean by "wet" curls but I really know curls I have always had very ringleted hair since I was like 3. I just turn upside down well my head not actually me than I usually use a towel and scrunch my hair with the towel it works really good gives you even more volume on top of your head. Im guessing what you mean by the wet curl look is you want them to look wet not stay wet well I would say use a product I once and a while use a bit of mouse gell it holds well but does give it that wet look plus it stays looking silkier and shinnier almost like there was water on it or another suggestion is using using a type of gel hope that helps good luck finding your wet curl look!

yah put gel in your hair and scrunch it up and leave it
