I recommend Nyquil for Kids. It is the BEST, every time my daughter gets the sniffles or a cough that always seems to do the trick. Plus it helps them sleep at night with out the cough.

CHANCES ARE HE/SHE IS COUGHING DUE TO IRRITATION FROM THE RUNNY NOSE DRIPPING DOWN THE BACK OF HER THROAT. I HAVE 2 BOYS UNDER 5 AND I USE PEDIACARE COLD OR NASAL DECONGESTANT, ALOT OF TIMES IF YOU CAN GET THEIR NOSE TO STOP RUNNING, THEY WILL QUIT COUGHING BECAUSE THERE IS NO MORE IRRITATION.
