Nobody has any idea, I hope so, and if I were to guess by what the bible says, I would say he is coming soon. It talks about wars beng near Jerusalem (happening right now) the world will become even worse and false religions will start (has been happening) He says you will be called liars and be persecuted for our faith ( happening, even on this website) but he also says "Watch for you will not know at what hour I am coming" If you put off faith, it will probably be too late. All the nations will have a chance to become christians (Almost all nations have had a chance)

As soon as a body stops breathing, it starts decaying. After two thousand years, most bodies are pretty much gone. So there is not even a remote chance that Jesus is coming back in any one's life time.

However, there is a slight change that the soul of Jesus might come back in a different body. That would be quite a shame though, because absolutely no Christian would recognize him, or her as the case might be.

Isaiah and the other prophets do say that everyone would be present when the Messiah arrives, so Jesus would be expected, since Jesus and Christianity have so much to answer for. Things like our current war might come up as one of Jesus and Christianity's legacies, especially since the Messiah was supposed to end all war. (Oh yeah, that's right.....he's supposed to do that when he returns. Y'all be on the look out for some boney dude walking around trying to get everyone to stop fighting.)

Regards,

Chris

With the moral decline of our world I would not be surprised. I am ready. If the Hillary or Obama get elected, I think it might speed things up a bit.

No. That is a myth developed much like those of oral tradition. It reflects the hope of humanity for deliverance from without in light of the depravity within.

Well, he promised to come back in the lifetime of his disciples and since he failed there, I wouldn't hold out too much hope for 2000 years on.

No. For those of your convinced that he will I would suggest doing a little research into how many times in the past people were ABSOLUTELY convinced. It isn't going to happen.
