Do a lot of aerobic exercises (things that get your heart rate up). if you just do wit ups and things like that, you will gain muscle, which will only push the fat that you might have now out. So, try to do cardiovascular workouts to burn the fat, then you can do crunches and the like if you want to gain muscle there to make your belly really flat.

When we lose weight, there is no way to specifically burn fat from one part of the body. Doing situps won't burn the fat that is covering your abs and doing tricep extensions won't get rid of the fat that is covering your triceps. The only thing you can do is lose weight all around and eventually the problem area will also improve. For more information on toning up, visit http://straighthealth.com

Stop eating after 7 p.m. and make sure you are getting enough fiber in your diet. You should consume between 20 and 25 grams of fiber everyday.

Good luck.

1. sit-ups
2. long distance running
3. Cut down how much food you eat at meal times. (and obviously no McDonald's or any crap like that)
4. Move your meal times to later in the day so you only eat twice, breakfast and a late lunch.

You mean fat? Well you could go to the gym, eat healthy nutritious foods (green foods) and well, just cut the oil. Also google search HOW TO GET FAST METABOLISM. Because fast metabolism is the answer to losing weight.

Stomach crunches are meant to be good to tone up stomachs, as well as sit ups and side bends.
Good diet helps as well.
