Cavewoman diet? I have to gather my own nuts and berries?

Seriously, imagine spending all day scavenging for food on the plains. Especially if you have a baby strapped to your back. That's a lot of hard calorie burn.

As for meat, that's not caveWOMAN. In the hunter-gatherer societies, men did the hunting. (apologies fellow egalitarians, the cavepeople had hard-defined gender roles and weren't interested in progress, just survival)

This is definately a spin off the Adkin's diet. High protein, low carbs. The only danger is in eating too much protein - can cause trouble with your kidney's

i imagine of its undesirable for you, and thats how truly some people earnings truly some weight. eat a lot then dont eat for a on an similar time as, it doesnt make experience.... eat appropriate and exercising consultation and also you'd be tremendous!!

i think its bad for you, and thats how a lot of people gain a lot of weight.

eat a lot then dont eat for a while, it doesnt make sense....

eat right and exercise and you'll be fine!!
