to close the french doors that enter the master bedroom and act as if they dont exist and make the room show its potential as a third bedroom, leave the doors open and dress the sunroom as what it is. or possibly dress it as a sunroom with the office area left there to show it as an office and a sunroom?

I would go the office sunroom idea.
The people looking at your home would have there own ideas of what they would like of course.

But they can see the potential, office, sunroom can also give them ideas of bedroom if the right furniture is brought..
Even side nursery for new families.

I think that you should close the french doors...in the buyer's mind they will see that it could be a bed room, and you could mention that too. But, also go with the sunroom idea by keeping some furniture in there -- wicker if possible, but anything will do. You can also mention that it could double as an office...say something like: "This is a very versatile room..." as you throw open the doors. "It can be used as a sunroom, third bedroom or office."
