Bio-spot does NOT have the same ingredients as Frontline. Bio-spot contains a very concentrated pesticide. Like Hartz products there have been a lot of problems with this product as well..Do NOT use any OTC flea product on your dog.

I can tell you that we see far too many dogs & cats that have been treated with oTC flea products..Hartz, Zodiac, Sargents, Bio-Spot, etc..come in with serious burns where the product was applied, neurological problems (some go away with time others are there for life), seizures and even die as a result. A good vet will NEVER recommend an OTC flea product since they know of the dangers.

well i dont know

u can go & look at the list of ingrediances on the lable on biospot & compare W/ Frontline

but the bad thing is if they dont have he exact same ingrediances your pet could get VERY sick if your pet isn't familiar with it in anyway

& iv herd i think itz on the old commercials that frontline is vet recomended

i dont know if u have 1 id ask your pet'z vet and i think he's a little 2 young to switch products on him and he is a small breed

i'd just wait & see if frontline works and if it doesnt c a vet or check ingrediances

I prefer frontline, it's waterproof, lasts up to 4 months, you can wash your dog and it stays on.

Advangtage flea system keeps air biting bugs off, ticks and fleas.

I would stick with one of those 2, unless I had the box and could read word for word, to compare the ingredients.

also-- call the vet and ask!

if it's cheaper, it's not the same.

you can get it on ebay www.ebay.com frontline for less.

good luck

You have to consider not just if the ingredients are the same but also the amount of the ingredient and the age of the dog.
