Do deer prefer to eat the barks of sycamore or ash trees?

I know that deer eat the barks of both ash and sycamore, but which one do they prefer and why?
Any websites would be much appreciated

This is the best link I've found, and it doesn't list sycamore as a preferred food. It does list ash.
