I bought Billys Boot Camp Elite and have been doing it every other day. I've been doing this for a month and have not lost a single pound. Not even an ounce.
I sweat after the workouts but I'm not losing anything. I feel discouraged and defeated...

Don't feel defeated. I also use the billy blanks tapes, and the reason you don't feel like your losing any weight is b/c muscle weighs more than fat. You may not feel like your losing weight but you probably are losing fat. Do you notice any difference in the way your clothes fit? Do you notice any extra muscle, like are your arms and legs firmer?

I've done the Tae Bo basic workout in addition to other videos, and I really feel it. I've noticed it on the scales, too. Losing weight isn't just about exercising, but diet as well. Make sure you're getting good veggies and fruits, as well as limiting fats. Variety is the spice of life, so try other videos. I personally like Kathy Smith and even, as ridiculous as he is, Richard Simmons. Once you learn Richard's routines, they're great for when you don't necessarily feel like working as hard as you do on Billy Blanks stuff.
