Does anybody have an idea on how to build a car without it having stored energy. How could I make it so I could controll the distance the car moves. Help will be appreciated!!!

No stored energy? Then you would either need a sail, solar panels, or foot pedals.

Or attach it to a horse.

Well i did a school project on building mouse trap cars where the engine is a mouse trap and so it perpells the car in a direction. You cant make a real life car like that but you could use the basic idea.

Make the road move.
Make the wind move.
Make it move on water via wind.
Make it uphill and roll down hill, then uphill, then burst of energy pre determined amount to travel pre determined distance
