no one can create weapon of mass destructions ?

God can create the physics so that there is no highly toxic chemical weapon, no nuclear weapon and no biological weapon.

He should have the vision and the power to limit the destructions by controlling the law of the universe he created.

You have a hidden premise in your logic, and that premise is false.

If God created the World and law of physics, then he can create anything.
If God can create anything and He is good, then He wouldn't want bad things to happen. If God is good, and he can stop bad things from happening, He Should. So if God doesn't do this He lacks vision and the power to limit evil.

Here's the answer. God did create the world, and God is good, But the reason God doesn't step in and fix evil has nothing to do with His power. It has to do with His love for mankind. When God created man, He gave man a choice to choose to love God or love something else. There are natural consequences for each choice. Man, in Genesis, chose self and the evil we see in the world is a natural consequence of that choice. But God, in His love for mankind sent Jesus Christ to pay the penalty for man's choice. Man can go to heaven if he chooses to accept the sacrifice Christ made on his behalf. If he chooses not to do that, he is on his own. His choice. God is not willing that anyone should perish, so He is waiting until all have an opportunity to choose. When that time is over, He will divide those who want Him from those who do not. Evil is here because of man, not God, God is grieved by the evil He sees...but man has made his choice.

Very interesting question. My first response would have been that God created the laws of physics so he is not bound by them. And yet, in order to be a just and fair God, He would have to be bound by the same laws He applies to us. So I guess the only way to answer your question is to suggest that the laws of physics don't apply in the spirit realm or that it's all just beyond our comprehension.

Yup, and really the same thing goes for any evil thing that occurs, like a child born with spinal bifida, or some kid getting hit by a random bullet in a driveby shooting.

You might want to consider these possibilities: There is no god, or there is a god such that he has no desire to affect his works. Neither will attract many adherents, but you're too smart to care about that.

God CAN limit the physics. WE have CHOSEN to make these things. God gave us rocks and some people have chosen to use them to kill other people, does that mean God shouldn't have given us rocks? God gave us free will so that we could freely worship Him. But with that free will comes the freedom to do wrong with the things He has given us.
This is a good example of how wrong things go when we don't do what the Lord wills for us.

your only looking at the dark side of the coin.
no nukes, no Sun(aka Mr. fusion reactor)=no life on earth
no bio-tech used fro war- no Genetics- no domestication of plants/animals. no specific breeding and thus no specialization in nature. drug sniffing dog-gone, rescue dogs-gone, popcorn-gone, etc
no toxic chemical weapons- most of nature wouldn't exist then, spiders, snakes, sea snails, scorpions, all gone the crop eating insects would run wild causing massive famine, because no bug spray(nerve agent)

Also this is why God gave rules on how humanity should operate, because if everyone followed them, there would be no need for weapons of any kind.

Exactly! This is because such a God does not exist.

Some may invent clever explanations. But clever explanations NEVER suffice. Ask a mother who has lost her child in a gruesome accident.

Only if 'God' likes drama would he create good and evil things and watch how we wallow in them. Petty minds create equally petty Gods.

It is the will of man that kills, not the weapon. What difference does it make it a man shoots a hundred ppl or blows them all up with a bomb?

he has seen both the posibilities for man kind, he saw the potential for us to use that power to do massive good, such as give electricity to the poor and homles, to africa and to third world countries, he also saw the damage mankind could do with it. But man him self choose of its own free will which decision it wished to take.
