Please think twice about doing the Atkins diet. This diet makes your body acidic--versus alkaline. Did you realize that cancer only grows in acidic bodies? I always cringe when I hear about someone doing Atkins.

You definitely want a system that supports you with excellent nutrition.

Personally, I've found that cleansing and excellent nutrients and minerals that I've found in a system that I use works unlike anything else.

Best of luck to you!

I don't consider it a diet, I consider it a change of eating habits. I used to eat a lot of white bread, pasta and white rice- not to mention sweets. Now I eat more protein, lots of vegetables and whole grains. I'll never go back to the way I used to eat- I've lost weight, feel fit, and my healthy diet is really helping me recover from an illness. I think if I would have eaten this way (atkins style) before I would not have become so ill. I can't believe how much better I look. I wish I would have known about this 20 years ago. I never feel hungry, and I don't look all puffy and bloated.
