employment physicals?

Question

Are you requried to give medications your taking to new employer during a physical? If given they would reveal a mental health disorder thay is protected by the ADA, and I am not asking for an accommendation and wish to keep this condition to myself.

I don't think that you are required to reveal and medication in a pre-employ. phys. You may have to if part of the job description if for driving. Does this job also require a clear background check? That is another way an employer can discover past mental health conditions.
