I believe it's some form of dyslexia....or you have Mr. Hefner on the brain. He's quite the foxy old bat. Heh heh.

It's called a misperception - perfectly normal phenomenon that happens to everyone, and isn't actually indicative of a pathology at all. It's part of that continuum that starts from misperception through to illusions through to hallucinations.

If words are repeatedly rearranging themselves to a single theme, i.e. you're seeing Hugh Hefner everywhere, then it could be an intrusive thought (conscious) or Freudian slip (unconscious).
